A conflict check should run at a defined point in intake and again when new parties or facts appear. Record the names searched, the result, and who resolved an issue. Do not let a support system silently clear a conflict. Woven Legal’s FAQ says its virtual legal professionals must self-report a conflict when they learn the client and firm names.
